A nickel alloy plate is a non-ferrous metal with superior strength and toughness. The Nickel Alloy Plate can be alloyed with different alloys like chromium, molybdenum, and other specifications. The Pure Nickel Plate has good corrosion resistance properties across harsh environments. These plates work well in higher temperature conditions and have unique properties. A Nickel Clad Plate has a melting point of 1453 degrees C and a boiling point of 2730 degrees C. The plates have a density of 8.9 g/cm3 and have a young modulus of 200 GPa.
ASTM B162 Nickel Chequered Plate has good mechanical properties that allow it to withstand different conditions. These plates have a Vickers hardness of 638and can be processed in either or cold rolling procedures. A Nickel Hot Rolled Plate is processed at extreme temperatures till they reach its recrystallization limit. This allows the plates to have excellent workability and formability. The Nickel Cold Rolled Plate is processed at room temperature soon after the hot rolling process. Here the plate has a superior surface finish and excellent tolerances in different conditions.
