ASTM B265 Gr1 UNS R50250 Plates are corrosion resistant and have a stable dimension. Titanium alloy Grade 1 sheets have the best corrosion resistance to reducing media. Titanium Grade 1 sheets have high tensile strength and excellent machining properties. The best corrosion resistance for titanium alloy Grade 1 sheet is to oxidizing media, but it also shows excellent corrosion resistance to chlorides. The best corrosion resistance of titanium Grade 1 sheets is also found in neutral media. Titanium DIN 3.7025 Sheets are primarily used for chemical and seawater equipment. Titanium Grade 1 sheets are also mainly used for screws and shafts. A titanium alloy Grade 1 sheet can be used extensively in the pulp and paper industry as well as offshore oil drilling companies. Sheets of titanium alloy Grade 1 are often used in petrochemicals and condensers as well.
