Bright-annealed (BA) stainless steel pipe tubes are highly corrosion resistant, with a bright finish and precise tolerance. The high quality of the product is achieved by exposing the material to an extremely reducing atmosphere created in a controlled roller hearth furnace. This process gives the product superior surface reflectivity and excellent durability and strength even under corrosive attack. The result is an ultra-smooth, layer-free surface that withstands repeated washings and intense wear or abrasion. BA stainless steel pipes and tubes offer excellent ease of cleaning due to their zero porosity, thus eliminating any bacterial growth which could cause hygiene problems in medical plants or food processing facilities. These products also have high ductility, allowing them to be cold formed into complex shapes for use in various applications such as tubing for heat exchangers, condensers, evaporators, etc., thus providing cost-effective solutions for modern engineering requirements.
