Q345R steel is also called Q345R pressure vessel steel or Q345R boiler steel. Q345R steel is mainly used for high or medium-low temperature services in boiler steel products and engineering, oil and gas companies, chemical industry, power plants, etc.
Q345R Boiler Steel is the most common material used in the construction of designated elevated boilers and pressure vessels. Q345R has a minimum yield strength of 345 MPa and a tensile strength higher than 510 MPa at thinner thicknesses.
